Welcome to SAMs photo blog. Eventually, I will start posting blogs focusing on digital photograpy. Hopefully, I will post some nice pictures with short comments briefly describing them. As a start, the picture to the left is from Tromsø in northern Norway. The picture is taken from the southwest of the island of Tromsø at sunset August 25th 2006. The mountain in the background is called Blåmannen, and is one of many mountains surrounding the city.

The picture is taken with my Canon EOS 30D with a 70-200 lens at f/4.0 and 1/640 sec.
